Yes. Each organization has its own isolated environment within FlowTrack. Your institution's data is fully independent and never visible to other platform customers.

Completely. FlowTrack has no fixed workflows — you define every stage, the responsible area, required documents, and deadlines. If your processes change, your administrator can update the workflows without depending on FlowTrack.

Yes. FlowTrack supports long-running stages, such as contracts in execution or active agreements. The system keeps the case active for as long as needed, with full traceability throughout its lifetime.

Yes. FlowTrack natively integrates all three public procurement modalities: tenders, agile purchases, and direct purchase orders. The information is imported from the ChileCompra API and stored as part of the case's history.

The administrator can deactivate the user immediately. All the cases they had assigned remain visible for reassignment. The history of their actions stays permanently in the system.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on any device — computer, tablet, or smartphone — from the browser, no installation required. If you prefer, you can also install it as an app right from the browser for faster access and instant notifications.
